Are you looking to board your dog in a family environment, 100% kennel-free, personalized care, to give you peace of mind while you’re out of town? You found the right place!

We understand that your dogs are considered to be part of your family just like our own two dogs are considered to be part of ours.

When you board your dog in the comfort of our home in Argyle, it’s not just boarding, it’s a genuine kennel-free sleepover, where your fur babies will have VIP treatment.

We want to offer an experience that is unique and yet familiar while indulging your pet in a high-standard treatment. Our goal is to make your dog feel as comfortable as it does in its own home, receiving tons of love and having a fun time. We understand that every dog has different personalities that demand different treatment and care. We are here to give them all the attention they’ll need to make their stay unique and unforgettable. That way, they’ll quickly become accustomed to the new environment and enjoy their vacation just like their parents are enjoying their trip.

DOG BOARDING

REQUIREMENTS

Dogs under 65 pounds,

Dogs at least 5 months old,

Potty and house-trained,

Dogs must get along with other dogs,

Dogs must wear a collar with an ID tag (their name and the owner’s phone number) even if your dog is chipped,

Male dogs must be neutered,

Must be on flea treatment,

Must show up-to-date proof of vaccines,

The vaccines required are Rabies, DAPP, and Bordetella. It’s highly recommended that your dogs may have both the Canine Influenza and Leptospirosis vaccines for the best protection of your dog’s health.

Your dog must have its nails trimmed, bathed, and a summer haircut during the summer.

All breeds are welcome, except the breeds that have historic aggressive behavior as “bully breed” or hybrids including American Pit Bull Terriers, Miniature Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Bull Dogs, Bull Terriers, or mixes of these breeds.

We can’t board your dog if it is sick or during some kind of treatment.

Here is the price scale for my services:

I can do as many visits as you request during the day and I can stay overnight.

Each visit is 30 minutes long and costs $25/visit.

Most clients choose 3 visits per day - $75/day for up to 2 dogs.

Additional $5/each visit for each additional dog. 

$100/night.

$40/day for dogs up to 30 lbs,

$50/day for dogs from 31- 65 lbs.

For multiple dogs, there is a discount of $5 off on the total per day for every additional dog.

Additional $10/day for puppies younger than 1-year-old.

No additional fees for giving medications.

STEPS

To double check availability, please send an email to kbargyledogcare@hotmail.com with the dog’s name,

breed, age, weight and the dates of desired boarding.

Ask your vet for a copy of your dog’s vaccine record. Please send it to kbargyledogcare@hotmail.com.

Schedule a greet & meet with you and your dog after checking your dog’s vaccine record. The goal of the visit is to know your dog’s needs a bit better and to confirm how your dog will behave around other dogs.

When your dog is approved, we will send you the dog boarding contract to fill out, sign, and send back to me to complete the reservation.

DOG BOARDING

ROUTINE DETAILS

All dogs will stay inside our house, 100% free, with no restrictions when it comes to climbing on the couches or on our beds.

We live in a big house with plenty of space. We have a big, fenced grassy backyard and a back-covered and fenced porch with couches, chairs, and dog beds to spend a lot of time outside playing when the weather is good.

I take the dogs out to play and potty every 2 hours. I love to play with them throwing balls, ropes, and frisbees to give them several choices to get their daily exercise, stimulating them to socialize with other dogs, have a fun time, and enjoying their stay while they are away from their home. They’re always supervised during their play and potty time.

We will feed them twice daily, in the morning and evenings following the owner’s feeding instructions. All dogs will be fed separately using the food brought by their owners.

They will sleep in our master bedroom in their bed or crate, all around my bed, or wherever they will feel more comfortable. They are welcome to sleep with me if they feel more comfortable.

I will send videos and pictures in the morning and evening in order to give peace of mind to their owners and show them that their beloved fur baby is having fun too, just like their parents are (in vacation mode).

We will separate the dogs during playtime by size for their own safety.
